Our mobile bar takes the drinks you'll serve to your guests and puts them on tap, pouring them right from our bar to their glass. This is ideal for weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, baby showers, birthdays, and all our Memphis gatherings. Locally owned and operated for that warm Memphis hospitality.
The bar is a Piaggio Ape – an iconic 3-wheeled mini truck – that has made its journey from Italy to Memphis to make our local events pop. It leaves a lasting impression, departing from the standard bar, and is a true conversation starter at any event.
True to Italian design, it’s as practical as it is impressive. The tap format takes your service up a notch, keeping it efficient, stretching your drink budget, and making your event more sustainable.
WHAT IS IT?
A mobile bar with up to 7 taps to pour perfectly chilled beer, prosecco, wine, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic selections at your event. We also offer coffee and tea service, custom signage, custom tap handles, bar menus, cocktail toppers, and more.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You provide the alcohol, we do the rest. By pouring your drinks on tap, you speed up drink service, eliminates waste, and lowers the cost of your alcohol. This puts everyone in a great mood. And, it’s fun and memorable!
WHERE CAN IT GO?
These bars can go practically anywhere. Small enough to drive through a set of double doors, this bar is comfortable inside or out, making it accessible to most venues in the Mid-South. The mobile bar measures 6 ft tall, 10.5 ft long and 5.5 ft wide.

We are a luxury service experience with packages that work with many budgets. Enquire below and we will be happy to provide pricing for your special event. Note, prices start at $1,650 + gratuity and taxes per event in Memphis.

Our Story
Our story is a love story… love for God, love for people, and love for business. We didn’t know exactly what direction our passion for business would take us until we began to plan our wedding. During this time, that’s when we discovered the Piaggio Ape vintage mobile bar concept. We went from planning our wedding to planning our first business venture together. With Tresa’s knack for business and Josiah’s hospitable and service-oriented nature, we knew we had found the perfect business for us. We value spending time with family and friends and creating lasting memories, one of the many reasons the Piaggio Ape captured our attention.
So, our Bubbles and Brews Memphis journey begins. Depending on how you look at it, going into business together is like a marriage, maybe we “fed two birds with one seed”. Being native Memphians, we’re excited to create memories with the amazing people of the Greater Memphis area.
